It was a wonderful experience for pupils, parents and carers from year three to year six to hold Coundon’s Christmas Carol Concert at Coventry Cathedral. The choir were a credit to the school singing beautifully at the front, with a beautiful duet from Ruby and Eva – all brought together with pupil’s readings and a tableau of the first Christmas.
A huge thank you to everyone for supporting the Art Gallery.
We were blown away by the quality of work and it was lovely to see and hear children’s pride in their art work. The gallery looked professional and really gave status to the children’s work and skills.
It was wonderful to see so many of you attending our Firework Display this week. It was a fantastic event which brought the school community together. Asher S was the lucky winner of our raffle, pressing the button to launch the fireworks.
Year 6, I am going to miss you immensely. Thank you for a brilliant year. Wishing you the very best of luck at your new schools.
Follow your dreams and keep smiling.
From Mr Bramhill 🙂

Please see a video celebrating the recent cinema nights. We hope you all enjoyed the evenings and thank you for attending.
Year 5, as part of a local history project, took part in a Blitz Experience Day. They learnt about the reasons why Coventry was targeted during World War 2; the impact of the Blitz and how it may have affected the people of Coventry afterwards.
Year 5 looked amazing in their outfits and even brought a brown paper bag with their 40s style snack for breaktime.
Please see the presentations that were shared during Tuesday’s inducton evening.
