Welcome to Coundon Primary School. This may be the first time you have had contact with us or you may have already had children attending our school, whichever is the case we hope you will find the school a welcoming environment for your child/ren and yourself.
There are two different sections to this application. The first gives you the criteria which the school uses to allocate Nursery places and the second is the form you fill in giving details about your child. When you have completed the form please return it to the school office. Please keep the list of criteria as you may need to refer to it in the future.
THE NURSERY SESSIONS ARE:
5 MORNING SESSIONS FROM 8.35AM TO 11.35AM
OR
5 AFTERNOON SESSIONS FROM 12.30PM TO 3.30PM
FULLTIME CHILDCARE IS AVAILABLE IN CONJUNCTION WITH COUNDON KIDZ CLUB. FULL DETAILS WILL BE SENT OUT CLOSER TO YOUR CHILD STARTING IN NURSERY.
A letter will be sent out during the Spring Term (Feb/April), of the year your child will be joining us, asking parents to confirm the place is still required. A second letter will then follow inviting parents to an induction evening and offering a play & stay session in nursery.
