This week, in our toys topic we will be comparing modern toys to toys from the early 20th century. Looking at how toys have changed and developed over time.
In Maths, we will be learning how to name, sort and compare 3 D shapes.
Don’t forget to access the phonics homework online to consolidate reading and sounds learnt this week.
In Science this week, we will be looking at seasonal changes and the changes between Autumn and Winter. We will learn how this effects the weather, what we wear and the amount of day light hours.
On Thursdays this term we will be doing outside PE so please send your child in a track suit.
For homework this week ,we sent your child home with access to the Reading Wise program This is aimed at supporting your child with reading words ready for the phonics screening test that takes place in the Summer Term. Please support your child to get on to Reading Wise program and complete the tasks set.
On fridays, we will be visiting the Library.
